To return an order you must contact us first: info@allcityartists.com and put REFUND in the subject header.
In the e-mail, please include:
– Name, Address, Phone Number, Email
– Purchased product
– Date of purchase
– Reason for return
– Last 4 digits of credit card number to be refunded
Orders may only be returned/exchanged within 45 days of ship date for international orders and 30 days for domestic orders.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Please be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges to All City Artists. Here’s how it works:
Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You’ll receive a credit for the items you’re sending back and a separate charge for the exchange order placed.
If you need to exchange for a different size or style, you may do so as long as the item being exchanged is in it’s original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
We will exchange the item within 5-7 business days of receiving your return granted the item is in stock.
If it is not in stock we will notify you.
Just e-mail us at info@allcityartists.com and put EXCHANGE in the subject header. In the e-mail, please include:
– Name, Address, Phone Number, Email
– Ship to info if different than above
– Original purchased product
– Date of purchase
– Reason for exchange
– Exchange for which product
– Last 4 digits of credit card number to be refunded to/charged
We will e-mail you a return shipping label so that you can send the product back to us. We’ll exchange your old item(s) and send your new item(s) back to you! You will not be charged for return shipping nor will you be charged a shipping rate for the new order. Limit one exchange per item.
All City Artists has the right to refuse any exchange/refund. All sale and clearance items are final.
